Outline

I'm looking to recruit an engineer with strong health and safety knowledge.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a blue-chip multi-site organisation on an interim basis.
There is strong potential for repeat contracts with both the client and Silven.
The company is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment which would suit candidates with a background in food or FMCG.
The interim role is to support the Health and Safety function, specifically in relation to engineering works and projects.

Candidate requirements.

History of engineering project management: handling all health and safety requirements.
This could be as manufacturing, engineering or project manager.
IOSH registered and NEBOSH qualifications (ideally).
Available within next two weeks.
Professional interim with Ltd Company // someone looking to become a professional contractor.
Great coaching and communication skills. Need to make things happen in the factory.

Key activities

  • Engage with team to improve the standard and quality of risk assessments.
