We have an opportunity for a Development Chef at an incredible business based in South London, who work with some of the most inventive, ambitious and appealing food businesses in the entire UK. They have been providing a range of consultancy services for years to branded pubs, casual dining chains, larger restaurant groups, fast food or Quick Service Restaurants. From complete start-ups to menu variations or marketing operations.
NOW IS THE TIME, as they expand the Chef team, they are seeking an individual who has an eye for food trends and an excellent palate. You will know what good tastes and looks like, so that once the brief has been taken, the concepts and ideas start flowing. Although starting in the role of a Junior Development Chef, you will soon take on more responsibilities and learn to develop dishes and exciting food concepts from scratch.
It is your job to ensure all products taste great and work both commercially and operationally. Working with start-ups, as well as established branded restaurants, you will be adaptable and flexible in your approach. Always utilising your trend knowledge and taking inspirations from a number of sources, your contribution will be invaluable as you work within the Development Chef team to bring your clients ideas and aspirations to life.
