Bridor has built a unique reputation in the world of gastronomy with its Le Notre range, used by some of the best chefs in the world, and is also a partner of prestigious events such as the Bocuse d’Or and the Roux Scholarship.  

Bridor represents a €600m share of their parent company, and within the UK have successfully traded premium quality products with high-end customers for over 20 years.  Following strong growth both globally and within the UK, Bridor are looking to appoint a Technical Account Manager to further support Bridor’s growth.

Role

At the heart of this role is a focus on first class service something which Bridor prides itself on and attributes its success to.  As a Technical Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to support Bridor’s National Account team across the UK & Ireland. Reporting into the UK National Sales Manager you will work across the UK retail, foodservice, bakery and distributor channels. Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Training, advising and technically supporting Bridor’s client base to drive growth momentum
  • Developing relationships with Bridor’s clients technical, F&B and commercial teams.
  • Influencing future NPD developments for the UK and Ireland markets.
  • Preparing and delivering perfect products and bake offs for client presentations and trade exhibitions.

Requirements

The successful candidate for this position will have a strong technical background within the Bakery industry, currently working for a manufacturer and supplier of bakery products. Passion for food is at the heart of Bridor’s culture, it is therefore important that you have a strong appreciation for the industry and high-quality food products.  Advanced bakery or pastry qualifications are a requirement for this role, as well as experience working with Artisan bakery products. 

This is a customer facing technical role so it is essential you possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to build relationships, with proven experience of working with foodservice or retail customers. You will be a well organised team player with the drive, motivation and enthusiasm to achieve success for Bridor. 

This is a home-based position that requires frequent UK travel.
