The Role 
This opportunity would suit a technologist looking for their second role, or someone who wants to step up into a fast paced 360 NPD role. This work involves creating a product brief and then ensuring all the correct steps are taken to launch. You will work closely with marketing to analyse trends and also manage suppliers to ensure products are consistently high quality and at the forefront of innovation whilst staying within budget. You will be part of a cross functional team, working regularly with supply chain and technical to support them from an NPD perspective. This role is quite heavily focused on project management and you will need to follow a critical path, delegating responsibilities where necessary and co-ordinating tasks to completion on time. 

Personal Profile 

•    Degree in food related subject 
•    Previous experience in an NPD role
•    Flair for innovation 
•    Project management skills 
•    Good technical  understanding 
•    Flexible to travel
