Salary £40,000 to £45,000

My client, a blue chip food manufacturing company are seeking a strong, passionate and highly driven Continuous Improvmeent manager to join their growing and ambitious team. As a market leader and manufacturing giant in their own right, the successful individual with an abundance of experience in implementing Continuous Improvment and Lean Manufacturing practices within similar food manufacturing or FMCG environments will thrive in this opportunity.

As graduate calibre, you will be qualified to ideally Green Belt level with a depth in understanding across all processes within a fast paced production environment. Having been involved in project work, you will be a strong leader and have a clear vision in strategy and the ability to lead others in delivering sustainable improvement plans contributing to business success.

As a pre-requisit, you will have had experience as either a Continuous Improvment Manager, Lean Manufacturing Manager or a similar position within the Food/FMCG industry.
