Brand Customer Service Executive
This established and respected food company producing high quality premium products are a leader in their field, and they are now looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Brand Customer Service Executive to help drive their ambitious plans. Reporting to the Brand Manager you’ll be acting as the ambassador between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer queries and requirements are identified and fulfilled in a competent manner and promptly. You’ll be continually demonstrating brand values, guaranteeing customers remain satisfied and loyal following front line contact. An important aspect of the role will include accurately monitoring consumer and retailer complaints, logging them onto the database and raising appropriate written responses that are precise and personalised.
Working cross functionally, you’ll report back on complaint trends whilst highlighting any product development suggestions. In addition you’ll monitor social media platforms for customer comments on a daily basis, whilst gaining unique insights into their needs and engaging directly to meet expectations.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated team player who has previous customer service experience, ideally within the food manufacturing industry. As you’ll be dealing with customer accounts you’ll need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills across all business levels. A sound knowledge of social media is desirable in order to monitor & review a range of platforms including Facebook Instagram and Twitter branded/ business pages. A good level of IT literacy and numeracy as well as the ability to learn quickly is essential in order to provide first class levels of service and support. In addition you’ll need to be highly organised with great attention to detail and will thrive in a busy environment.
