RGM Manager - High Wycombe

Hovis Limited is a vertically integrated baking and flour milling business currently operated by The Gores Group as part of a stand-alone joint venture. The Company was created in April 2014 to help release new investment to upgrade its operational infrastructure and reinvigorate the Hovis brand, building on its rich heritage. Our appointed CEO Nish Kankiwala is bringing a wealth of commercial and marketing experience from previous roles with Unilever, Pepsico and Burger King.

An exciting opportunity at Hovis has arisen we are looking for a Revenue and Growth Manager based at our Head office in High Wycombe.

Ideally you will have experience from a sales, category or commercial finance environment, good attention to detail, strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills. You will need to provide recommendations to deliver the required increase in trade spend effectiveness. Evaluating the net sales and commercial margin growth through the analysis and evaluation of pricing, trade investments and promotions.

This role will serve as part of the overall Market strategy and Planning process within our business and you will need to work cross-functionally with teams to deliver business performance and growth opportunities.

Your Skills and Experience

Ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple sources

Ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timelines

Ability to build strong and productive relationships with key internal contacts

Good written and verbal communication skills

Creative and innovative idea generation

Familiar with market data research sources and tools (Bloomberg, Nielsen, etc)

Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
