QA Supervisor opportunity within a Fast Paced Food Manufacturing business in the Bakery sector, days role Sunday to Thursday.

QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR is responsible for assuring products produced on site conform to all quality products, specifications and quality assurance procedures, by ensuring effective day-to-day operation of the QA Function
This is a Sunday to Thursday days shift role with some flexibility required - reporting to the Technical Manager.
QA Supervisor Key activities within the role are:
·Management and motivation of 8 QA/QC staff
·Ensuring traceability information is in place for products & raw materials
·Support New Product launches, trails and pre-production runs by ensuring all control documents are in place
·Conduct quality systems audits and attend customer and 3rd Party Audits
·Manage and investigate customer complaints and implement process to ensure no future re-occurrence
·Work closely with the HACCP Team to continuously improve and ensure all critical control points are adhered to.
THE CANDIDATE will have previous QA Supervisory experience in the Food Sector - ideally within a Bakery environment.
