Conundrum - how do you improve the unimprovable?

A caveat to begin with, this site is not unimprovable. Should a food manufacturing facility ever get to that point, I suspect it would be so many years in the future that no one can remember what Brexit was about and we are all eating replica chateaubriand made from insects.

However, it is a high performing factory. An example, it scored 96% in its latest Health and Safety Audit. Another, it was recently awarded supplier of the year by its prestigious customer. It is also profitable and importantly, produces great tasting food.

So how do you improve something that is already very good? Well hopefully that's a question you can answer. Also hopefully, working in a site with high standards and higher expectations is a challenge you are looking for - a job you can get out of bed to look forward to rather than trudging into the site for "just another day's work".

The business has seen significant investment and is running some cutting edge technology programs from an environmental perspective. This is a secure and growing business offering you job stability but also career promotion opportunities based on their well formulated career development program (next step up is Factory Manager - following that Operations Director).

Sound good? Apply now. Just make sure you have people management experience in a fast-moving food/drink manufacturing environment and we can discuss further from there.
