We are seeking a talented individual to join an innovative, high quality manufacturer which supplies to various retailers throughout the UK. You will join a really friendly and supportive team with a fantastic, fun working atmosphere.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development process from concept through to launch including full, end to end critical path management and pre-production trials.
This role will suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility and ownership and is looking for an opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial environment where they can really make a difference. You may also be looking forward to the next step in career towards management.
Reporting to the Head of Technical and NPD, you will be coordinating and managing projects carried out by a bright, expanding team to build brand equity and will have the ability to provide market leading and innovative NPD solutions and direction to the business.
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who is degree educated within a food science, nutrition or similar discipline. You will have a solid track record within food new product development and may be an existing NPD Manager or a Technologist looking for a step up. You will be passionate with a flair for innovation, have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and able to effectively influence cross functional teams.
The NPD Manager job is based in the Home Counties / East Anglia region and is paying c. £40,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
