The Business

You'll be working for a large food manufacturing businesses with several sites across the UK. They're investing in both their infrastructure and their people, and this role is a reflection of that.

They supply the major retailers.

The site itself is well run with a strong leadership team, and is going places.

They're green rated with their customers from a technical point of view, and are manufacturing high quality products.

  • Large multisite food manufacturer.
  • Supply major retailers.
  • Well run business investing in people and facilities.

The Role

You're going to be involved in several projects putting in new lines.

Can't really bullet point that, can I?

You

You need to be available in the next week, maybe two weeks.

Ideal would be experience installing new lines in chilled food manufacturing businesses, having worked on similar projects in either ambient or chilled food manufacturing will be sufficient.

Best case scenario is that you're a career interim with a proven track record of successful interim contracts under your belt.

You're going to have to be tenacious, as it's a busy site with a lot going on.

If you've not worked in the category before, that's fine - but you will be asked to demonstrate how you've come into different industries that were previously unknown to you and quickly picked things up.

  • Chilled experience ideal.
  • Previous experience putting in new food manufacturing lines essential.
  • Career interim ideal.
  • Tenacity essential.
  • Food manufacturing experience is essential.

You also need to be either available or coming to the end of contract, as we need someone to pick this up quickly.

What You'll Get

What's in it for you!? Well.

  1. You get a decent daily rate for contract with a business who.
  2. .regularly use interims, so you get exposure to future clients too.
  3. You'll get paid every month, predictably, by us - regardless of what payment terms we're on.
  4. You'll be protected by our credit insurance should anything ever happen to your employer (probably won't matter, but who saw Phones4U going overnight!?).
  5. You'll be working through one of the biggest interim providers in food manufacturing, so do a great job and we'll get you more.
  6. Expenses - your evening meal paid for, your travel paid for, your hotel paid for, etc.
  7. Gratitude, love and respect from our office and from the site in question. Of course.
  8. A contract where you're working on a team who have gone through a tough time and are now massively on the up. Like joining Man United on Loan instead of Palace!
