This is a truly fantastic opportunity to join an innovative food brand who supply premium products. At a time of exciting growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations & Sales Executive to join the team.

The Role

In this pivotal operations role you’ll mange all orders and deliveries from the warehouse. You’ll be responsible for liaising with production on stock levels, forecasts and product orders. You will also be the first point of contact for customer queries and demands, providing solutions for any supply chain issues and guaranteeing the fulfilment of orders every time. Supporting the sales team in preparation for customer meetings, you’ll analyse sales data to grow distribution in new regional areas, this will lead to you then managing your own accounts and building successful relationships.  For all events, you’ll manage the application process including arranging the delivery and collection of stock and event materials.  In addition you’ll organise and manage the in-store sampling campaign.

The Candidate

You will be highly organised and determined individual who has previous experience of working in a similar planning or stock management position within food manufacturing or FMCG. You’ll have an analytical approach and excellent problem solving skills combined with an understanding of planning systems and operational processes in a factory environment. Strong interpersonal, multitasking and project management skills are crucial in order to keep up with the pace in this dynamic environment. High levels of numeracy and computer literacy are also essential along with great communication skills as you’ll be liaising with internal and external teams to ensure the highest levels of service.
