The Role & Candidate
Reporting into the Technical Manager you will have a focus on customer complaints as well as helping to maintain databases in terms of documentation and paper work. You will also complete internal audits. You will support the Technical Manager to maintain the Quality Management System and in time you will take on further responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build on previous Technical/QA experience with real potential for career progression.
