Through applying your in-depth industry expertise you’ll effectively lead and develop new products from concept to launch in line with customer briefs and timescales. You’ll also explore the latest food trends and identify opportunities for new business whilst keeping a clear and logical approach regarding production feasibility, ensuring the highest levels of quality and efficiency throughout the NPD process. Further responsibilities in this fast paced role will include the management of the critical path, evaluating products at all stages of development and driving continuous improvements to ensure successful launches into the market place.
We are looking for a talented NPD Manager with a strong background in delivering products for the major retailers, covering all bases from recipe management to food processing. You’ll have a proven record of leading a team to launch amazing new products into the retail market, utilising first class communication and people management skills to encourage the creative abilities of your colleagues. An expert in organisation and prioritisation, you’ll also be able to jump in with both feet to efficiently drive the direction of key projects.
