The job

Your role as Technical & Quality Services Manager is to lead and manage your team, ensuring they are supported and managed effectively in order to deliver products to the required specifications, legislation and customer standards.

You will manage the internal process of non-conformances and customer complaints, use your technical expertise to maintain optimum levels of quality, provide technical information guidance for products stocked to customers plus be actively involved in the company’s continuous improvement process, challenging processes where necessary and working proactively with customers & suppliers.

Your experience

You will have a proven technical track record from within the food manufacturing industry with a background of managing a QA / technical team. You will have excellent working knowledge of BRC standards, HACCP, QMS and internal audits. You will be IT literate, have excellent numeracy and literacy skills plus the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with both suppliers and customers.

The Technical & Quality Services Manager job is based in the South East / South Coast region and is paying £30,000 - £40,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
