Your role as Customer Service Manager is to act as the primary link between operations, the customer and the sales team to maximise supply performance and ensure effective communication within the organisation about all aspects relating to customer supply.
You will be responsible for order entry, ensuring accurate invoicing to the customer, order progress tracking, variation reporting to customer and sales team, liaising with multiple departments to ensure accurate information flow, communication of OTIF performance and oversee staff development of the customer service team.
You will have a positive outlook, strong collaborative skills, a customer-focussed approach and sound business knowledge. You will possess solid customer facing, supply chain related experience, ideally within a food manufacturing / FMCG environment, be IT literate and possess strong communication skills both verbal and written. A degree in a business-related discipline is an advantage, although not essential.
The Customer Service Manager job is based in the South West / South Coast UK region and is paying a competitive salary.
