Role: Interim HR Manager
Day Rate: £300 - £350/day + Expenses
Our client is a large FMCG business that supplies to major retailers and non retail channels, they are looking to appoint an Interim HR Manager to effectively be responsible for the day to day running of the HR function across their business based in Cambridgeshire
Reporting in to the HR Director, the role will consist of managing the HR function, training, recruitment and payroll functions, including all people-related tasks. You will be managing the efficient running of the department, with a large manufacturing team operating over a variety of shift patterns, the role will be busy and fast moving. The business is going through a great transition and has won new business recently, meaning its a fantastic time to join their journey.
For this position, good organisational skills are essential, along with an ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks, and an ability to work independently. You will require good systems skills and have sound knowledge of employment law along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will have a strong operational HR background to fit with their requirements. You will also be a minimum of level 5 CIPD qualified.
