Combining your creativity and category insights knowledge, you’ll take responsibility for the long term innovation pipeline to ensure it is in line with the brand and business strategy. You’ll bring your enthusiasm to the table, seeking out the latest ingredients and flavour combinations whilst sourcing and identifying new supplier partnerships.
You’ll keep abreast of the latest food and consumer trends, identifying opportunities to develop new business channels for long term category growth by evaluating potential gaps in the market. This will include undertaking research, trend and market insight analysis, benchmarking and brain storming to give the business a creative edge over their competitors. Working closely with the product development team you’ll also inspire and influence food values across the business, whilst developing exciting innovative products that are inventive and aligned with the company values.
We are looking for an ambitious Product Developer or Innovations Manager with a notable track record of success. You’ll be an engaging foodie with experience gained within a complex or sweet chilled product area. Fully clued up on your trends, you’ll inspire others with your passion for new food and tenacity. Additionally, you’ll be compelling and persuasive with the ability to deliver effective presentations and will have a natural flair for influencing key stakeholders.
