Are you currently working as a sous chef but fed up of working long shifts, evenings and weekends? Do you have a real passion for food and class yourself as a good people manager? My client, an up and coming company in the food retail industry are looking to recruit for a sous chef where the main hours will be Monday - Friday.

The main responsibilities of the role will be to:

- Oversee the whole team in the kitchen making sure everyone is playing their part
- Be happy to be hands on the kitchen cooking multiple meals on a daily basis
- Assist with invoicing and the recruitment of kitchen staff
- Make sure that the quality of the food leaving the kitchen is always at a high level

The Ideal candidate will:

- Have at least 3 years experience working as a sous chef
- Have a real passion for food
- Be confident within their own culinary skills
- Have good people management skills
