Technical Complaints Officer



A fantastic opportunity arises for a Technical Complaints Officer to join food manufacturer based in Somerset.

Monday – Friday / Office Hours

The Role:

  • Receiving all customer complaints directly from major multiples/consumers
  • Some manual input on to complaints database
  • Implementing the investigation with the relevant factories via corrective action reports.
  • Taste panel – setting up samples daily, recording results and reporting discrepancies
  • Completion of department paperwork
  • Customer KPI reports
  • Keeping accurate records/filing of completed complaints
  • Analysing complaints and reporting to Technical Manager/Head of Technical
  • Producing weekly complaints reports for each manufacturing site

The Candidate:

  • Excellent Excel knowledge required
  • Experience of working in a QA, QC or Customer care function of a food factory and advantage but not necessary
  • Good communication skills
