Part of a large successful group within the Food sector, our Client currently offers a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Manager to join the business in a key position, offering progression, and exposure within an exciting product arena.
Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, this position will work within the technical team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, offering effective technical knowledge, and being the main point of contact when required for key retail customers. Investigating & resolving customer complaints, artwork & specification management, audit preparation & non-conformances management, and customer technical support is key to the success of this position.
Previous technical knowledge gained from the Food sector is key, to accompany exposure to retail customers, ideally with an understanding of imported product. This pivotal role requires a professional approach, with proven confidence, and determination. Due to the nature of the role, a Driving Licence is required, and flexibility to travel when required. Spanish Language would be beneficial.
