You will be working for a manufacturer of high quality products supplied to some of the biggest names in the foodservice industry. Part of a larger national group, they offer a wide range of products to their customers, including bespoke recipes.
As Night Hygiene Team Leader, the purpose of your role is to participate and supervise a team of Hygiene Operatives to provide environmental and machine cleaning to conform to microbiological standards and following specified procedures.
You will organise resources to maintain hygiene standards throughout the factory, ensure all hygiene records are completed fully and correctly, ensure training and development of the team is up to date, ensure H&S and GMPs are followed at all times and actively contribute to initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement in procedures and practices.
You will possess experience in a similar QA/hygiene related position in the food manufacturing industry. You will be HASAW qualified or equivalent, have the ability to effectively lead a team and possess excellent interpersonal skills. To succeed, you will be a self-starter, capable of working under pressure plus also be adaptable to change and able to implement new changes in a constructive manner consistent with a fast-paced environment.
The Night Hygiene Team Leader job is based in the Home Counties region and is paying £24,500. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 10pm – 6am.
