Interim HR Officer 6-12 month contract, Food, Lincolnshire
My client has an urgent need for an experienced HR Officer to join the business for a 6-12 month contract.

My client is a large successful food manufacturing business in need of an experienced HR Officer to support the business.
With over 1,000 employees, you must be used to working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring line managers and employees are given the support and guidance in all HR Matters; training and development, recruitment, KPI measurement, line management support and employee relations.
To apply you must;
- Have working knowledge of core HR areas; discipline, grievance, absence, recruitment
- Be CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification
- Have a proven track record of successful proactive coaching of line managers
