Eden Scott’s client is a highly successful, rapidly expanding food manufacturer based in Glasgow. Due to Continued growth of are looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the team.
This is a shift based role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide mechanical engineering support to the business, including maintenance, utilities operations and new installations
- Ensuring PPM schedules are maintained
- Ensure breakdowns are left in a safe manner
- Complete work based risk assessments and work permits
Ideal candidate
- Time served (or equivalent) in a mechanical engineering discipline
- Strong fault finding skills
- Experience gained in a FMCG environment is essential
- Team player with excellent communication skilll
