We are looking for a driven individual who wants to really make a difference! Recruitment experience is not necessary as you will be trained and supported from day 1!
The role will initially be a split between general admin duties, working on payroll and assisting the team with resourcing requirements. Now this last one is where your life as a recruiter will begin; your experience will develop and as your industry knowledge, confidence and experience grows – so will your desk!
You will inevitably take on less responsibility for the day to day admin and payroll and the focus will move towards becoming a true specialist consultant. How? Because you will have worked your way through each step with great effort and recruitment for the division you take on will be second nature.
Yes, sounds great right? It isn’t all singing and dancing in recruitment (although the sound system in the office is pretty good and we do burst out into song quite frequently). But recruitment isn’t easy, it can be stressful, you may be managing a lot of clients and a lot of jobs all at once and they all need the same amount of focus, you may be working to some really short time constraint;, it might be 8 O’clock at night and you need to call that candidate back – we do it. We do it because it’s worth it when you get to make that call to tell your candidate they’ve got the job!
