Main responsibilities
  • Ensure Customer Service delivery standards are met to create value added customer engagement and facilitate strong relationships with Ultimate responsibility and ownership of all customer issues
  • Develop department procedures, set service delivery standards for the operation and create policies to drive the operation forward creating Service Level agreements that ensure customers feel valued
  • Recruit and develop Customer Service teams to ensure that they remain engaged, focused and able to reach their potential with professionalism and pride in meeting customer needs
  • Lead and prioritise activity across the operation to deliver productivity and efficiency targets in line with agreed timescales and commitments reviewing operational trends across the operation to identify and act upon changes in the operational environment
  • Ensure all data and reports are produced accurately and within specified timelines to ensure Customer requirements are met.



Ideal candidate

Good level of Maths and written and spoken English

Business Acumen

Proven track record of leading changes and delivering results in a Customer Service Environment

Understands data dependencies across the organisation, systems and business processes

Strong attention to detail

Strong leadership skills

Customer Service focus

Excellent Computer skills

Greencore’s Food to Go business in the UK is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of pre-packed sandwiches, producing in excess of 500m food to go products each year.

We produce all types of sandwiches, wraps, rolls, sub-rolls, flatbreads, baguettes, bagels, prepared salads and sushi for major supermarket and high street chains, petrol forecourts and convenience stores. These are predominantly sold under our customers’ brands.

We have six Food to Go facilities in the UK with a direct to store distribution network operating out of 16 depots, covering the length and breadth of Britain.
