This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading businesses within the specialised technical services sector. Their international team of experts provide solutions for agricultural and food businesses to help reduce risk, streamline processes and operate in a more sustainable manner.
You will be responsible for developing a strategic and durable partnership between the company and your assigned clients by assisting in providing creative and innovative solutions. You will manage global projects from inception to full implementation and expansion ensuring that contractual obligations are fulfilled. In addition, you will manage the development and the deployment of global co-operative agreements within the company’s network whilst monitoring and managing global contract performance, including service delivery, back-office activities, complaints, resolutions or mediation processes with appropriate internal or external contacts.
You must be able to identify solutions, think laterally and focus on service delivery whilst representing the company at a high level. You will have extensive project or client contract management experience and a background in auditing, regulatory, quality control or TIC industry is highly desirable. Strong written and spoken English skills are vital and other languages will be an advantage.
The Global Key Account Manager job is a homebased role with up to 25% of your time will be spent travelling globally. It is paying £40,000 + car, up to 10% annual bonus, health cover and pension.
