We are currently seeking a Lean Facilitator on their behalf.
The position of Lean Facilitator is a key role within the business, with a focus on specific lean and continuous improvement projects. Predominately, the successful individual will deliver Lean & Continuous Improvement across one site, by adopting a strategic and project focused approach. The business aims to remain sustainable, completive and offer employees development, guidance and mentoring to achieve motivation and encourage a Lean & CI approach.
We are seeking an experienced Lean / CI individual with a proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects and using Lean tools such as; coaching, PDCA, data capture, standard work, line balancing, problem solving, flow and RCA. With a good understanding of production KPI’s, the successful individual will benefit from prior exposure to a manufacturing environment, ideally Food. You will use coaching and mentoring to engage and motivate staff and practice your emotional quotient when working with the team. This is very much a facilitation role where you will use inspiring leadership skills to help others own and develop new ways of working within their departments.
With excellent IT, communication and motivational skills, this position will be an integral part of business future and will play a key part across the business at all levels.
