The Role 
Working in a large team, you will focus on innovating new products and processes for food manufacturing. Working with a wide range of products, you will grow your knowledge in the NPD process, packaging and food safety. This role will aim to improve food quality by enhancing the processing and researching new technologies to achieve high shelf life and overall product satisfaction. This is a research and customer facing role, in which you will eventually deliver training in new technologies and processes to clients and respond directly to customer queries using your expertise built up over time. You will need strong project management skills, with the ability to manage your own time well. You will also need a passion for developing new ideas and bringing them to life in a fast paced environment.  You must be prepared to communicate well in order to build relationships with clients and deliver effective solutions. 

Skills and Experience 
•    Degree in food science/technology  
•    Full UK/EU driving licence 
•    Good IT skills 
•    Able to communicate well with all levels of people. 
•    Driven and self-motivated 
•    Customer facing and communication skills
