I suppose it's down to the individual. You're probably quite confident in your ability. You pride yourself in the fact that you can lead teams of up to 400 to heights above and beyond what is expected.
Maybe you get the kicks from your hands on approach in the training, development and coaching of your staff? Or maybe it's the results.
Either way, I'm sure you love a challenge. A turnaround project, something to get your teeth stuck into with backing, and without the politics. Especially one with a recent restructure and a team to develop, mould and make your own.
You'll need a food manufacturing background, no preference to the product however a strong experience with implementing continuous improvement practices will certainly help you out!
