OUR CLIENT is a highly successful Biscuit manufacturer that have been baking to original recipes for over 100 years.
THE FOOD TECHNOLOGIST will be involved with developing and reviewing methods and procedures in line with BRC. Other key responsibilities will include:
·Implementing corrective action and managing solutions.
·Manage Production complaints, components issues including resolution of Quality Event Notifications.
·Managing Non -Conforming products
·Investigating Quality Event Notifications and implementing the corrective actions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
·Must have experience in a similar Technical/Quality role within the food industry.
·Ideally you will also have experience in an NPD role (although this is not essential)
·Previous experience working with morning goods (i.e. bread, cakes, savouries) would be a real advantage.
·Ideally the candidate to be fairly local or have own transport.
·Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate etc
