This is a fantastic opportunity working for an international, multi-sited business which has grown phenomenally since their foundation nearly 30 years ago. You will strategically manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, prepare and manage annual business plans, manage customer relationships at senior level, manage new business development plans, carry out in depth budget management, carry out market intelligence and competitor activity reporting plus carry out monthly/quarterly/annual business update presentations.
To be considered for the Wholesale Controller role, you will possess a solid commercial, sales or business development track record within the food industry. You will have strong account management and new business skills, be results driven, have a high level of business acumen plus be customer focused. You will preferably have food wholesaler B2B customer experience with impeccable communication skills, conversing with customer teams up to senior level.
The Wholesale Controller job is a home based role (company office in London) and is paying £50,000 - £55,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The role includes excellent benefits including generous company car scheme, 25% management incentive scheme, private medical insurance, 4-10% pension scheme plus travel discount scheme.
