The Quality Manager is in charge of implementation and maintenance of the company QA/QC activities and supervision of the QA department, procedures and related activities.

Management of site hygiene andHACCP system. Develop the site quality management system and maintain audit accreditation's.

You will need to work with other department managers to identify and implement improvements to the operation which drive benefits in quality, safety and cost.

Client Details

This FMCG manufacturer is a leader in their field with multiple sites all over Europe. The company have recently invested heavily in new machinery to continue to give them a competitive edge and remain market leader. They have a wide range of customers supplying a variety of superior quality products.


The Quality Manager will need to help improve the overall standards of the site, working with all the different departments to strive for a continuous improvement attitude towards quality.

You will also work with customers and the NPD teams to drive a right first time attitude.

You will need to manage the Quality Team developing the individuals and co-ordinate QA/QC activities including inspections, measurement, capability analysis, SPC to ensure materials/product comply with company/customer quality standards and regulatory requirements.


Quality Manager will need:
  • Technical degree or equivalent.
  • A strong track record of Quality Management in Manufacturing.
  • Experience with BRC .
  • Experience of ISO9001:2015.
  • Understanding of environmental issues within manufacturing (ISO14001).
  • Experience of managing a quality department.
