Our client is a leading global supplier of vitamins, amino acids, flavours, preservatives, sweeteners and bespoke blends into the food, beverage, sports nutrition, nutraceutical and animal feed industries.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing and maintaining national and international accounts
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities across the UK food and beverage industry
  • Developing strong relationships with R&D, purchasing, logistics departments of key national food and beverage companies
  • The ability to meet deadlines and work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Working closely with internal colleagues monitoring the market, the product range and competitors

Personal Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of food ingredients
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Good trouble shooter with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills at all levels
  • Food Science qualification preferred, or related field
  • Dynamic, positive working attitude
