Working closely with our head office food safety teams you will ensure the bakery is legally compliant specifically AIB, BRC and HACCP. You will maintain and reinvigorate the drive and focus on a consistent, food safe and quality product, encompassing the food strategy. Waste management and the effluent management systems will also need to be fulfilled to the company standard.  Key to the role will be the accurate reporting on any food safety operational issues and identifying opportunities and development plans for improvements within agreed time scales.

Essential Ingredients:

  • HACCP and BRC trained

  • Proven audit experience

  • Food manufacturing experience

  • Knowledge and experience of food safety and micro biological issues

  • Proven experience in a managerial role with excellent leadership skills
