OUR CLIENT is a medium sized manufacturer supplying the Major Multiple retailers, both with branded and retailer own-label products.
The company invests heavily in keeping its' products exciting and in tune with consumer expectations.
THE PROJECT MANAGER
Reporting to the Group Manufacturing Director you will be responsible for the implementation and management of new lines into the site. This will involve:
·Evaluating customer requirements and co-ordinating with the relevant departments from NPD and manufacturing to Purchasing and Finance.
·Coordinating the projects team using customer specifications in order to successfully launch products to market.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Will have a strong background in project management within the food industry combined with an advanced knowledge of technical requirements. Other key skills will include:
·Excellent communicator - additional language skills in French would be an asset.
·An Engineering qualification would be a real advantage.
·You will be methodical and organised.
·Good Leadership/People Management skills.
