HR & Finance Assistant
Our Fresh Produce Client has an immediate vacancy for a HR & Finance Assistant to join the team.
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this HR & Finance Assistant role is varied and will offer the opportunity to work across both HR and Finance. Main responsibilities include maintaining & managing payroll, absence, holiday, overtime, maternity/paternity, personnel & HR documentation, tax processes & reconciliation, year-end and P60, in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business in a key role. Experience of working within a Finance team with exposure to accounting / book keeping and running payroll is essential, to accompany excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s) and knowledge of Sage is preferred. Exposure to the Fresh Produce sector would be advantageous, with excellent personable skills; an ambitious & driven individual, will benefit from joining a progressive business. The successful individual will have excellent written & spoken English and hold a full driving licence.
