  • Supply and Demand Planning
  • Inventory management
  • Supply Chain continuous improvement projects
  • Managing production plans in conjunction with third party manufacturers
  • Developing relationships with suppliers and managing procurement of raw materials and packaging
  • Leading the resolution of all day to day supply issues and failed deliveries
  • Monitoring expiry dates across the portfolio and drive through resolution to maximise return on value
  • Leading a team across both planning and logistics
  • Supporting Marketing and NPD teams to deliver Brand Innovation projects.

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, organised, highly motivated and a self-starter who is comfortable working with limited supervision and juggle lots of projects at one time. 

The Supply Chain Manager must demonstrate the following:
  • A solid working background in end to end Supply Chain.
  • Exposure to third party manufacturing
  • Driving best practise and continuous improvement
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Supplier management experience
  • Contract management and negotiation with 3PL
  • Excellent communication skills and commerciality
  • Excellent Excel Skills
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience working within the Cosmetic/Personal Care sector.
  • Previous experience working in a SME.
  • A working knowledge of Access Dimensions or Delta.
