The Role

This is a pivotal role where you take ownership of sales, new business development and provide an outstanding service to customers.  With full P&L responsibility you will work in partnership with customers to formulate commercial strategies, producing accurate forecasts and undertaking budget and P&L evaluations.  You’ll ensure that financial KPI’s, sales and margins are achieved; guaranteeing that profitability is maximised.

Your premium accounts will be very food focused so you'll be up to date with the latest food trends and enjoy working with the Innovations team to develop bespoke offerings for your discerning customers. 

Furthermore this will be your chance to build and manage your own team, experiencing the journey of growth for the business as sales begin to flourish and continue to rise.

The Person

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Sales / Commercial professional with a natural talent for developing relationships and leveraging business opportunities within the food sector.  

With a proactive approach to formulating business and product solutions you will be a strategic thinker with the agility and tenacity to thrive in a fast paced environment. You’ll have excellent financial and commercial prowess with highly developed negotiation skills.  The ability to lead and inspire your team and customers will be key to achieving success in this role.

This company is based within Greater London, however there may be flexibility for some home-based work.
