Our client offers a range of functional ingredients, including emulsifiers, enzymes and texturants. Part of an international group, the UK team operates as a close-knit unit, with each division having a specific market focus. There's now a rare vacancy for a Savoury Technical Sales Manager to focus on a range of applications including savoury sauces, meat and fish products, soups and ready meals. This is a genuinely home-based role whereby you'll plan your own diary - there's no need to plan customer meetings to hit a KPI. This business wants you to be in front of customers when there's real purpose, to build strong, genuine business relationships.
We're looking for a Savoury B2B Account Manager who can demonstrate a combination of technical and commercial skills in the ingredients channel. You'll work closely with Development teams, both internally and externally, so a strong appreciation of NPD is necessary, whether that's through a Food Science degree, professional experience or ideally, a mix of both. The role contains elements of both account management and new business development, so demonstrable sales figures in both is required.
