M&S Technical Manager
We need a customer facing M&S Technical Manager, who will be the first point of contact for the retailer, to join one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers. Someone who looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the company’s Technical team.
You will oversee investigating customer rejections & complaints by communicating directly with the Quality team to understand the causes behind product issues and communicating this back to the customer to maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
Implement plans for change on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis for the technical side of the business and ensure all customer & site KPI reports are completed in an accurate, efficient and timely manner whilst meeting customer and site requirements.
We need an experienced individual who has had Retail experience within the food manufacturing industry as well as having real enthusiasm for progression of a business, to drive the technical team forward. You will have experience of managing a team of technical professionals and can deal with complaints and suggestions in a calm, concise manner.
