You will be working in one of the largest Engineering teams that I have heard of, this means that you will be accountable to put a good shift in. Don't worry though, the Engineers will be there to support you and to share their knowledge. Don't get me wrong there is a lot for you to learn, the company training will help with that. This job will require you to think on your feet and will allow you to have the autonomy to make your own decisions.
The business has invested over £15M in the last 12 months on machine upgrades and also health & safety has been improved. You will have monthly meetings to ensure that your career with the business reaches the heights that you want to. We are not suggesting that you have to have FMCG experience, but it most certainly will help your application.
All sounds good so far, right… There are no hidden agendas with this and you will not regret getting in contact with me about it.
Don't be afraid to Apply with your CV, but if you would prefer to have a chat about this, then give Wayne a call on 01733 391 515.
