Our client is keen to bring a new Pastry Chef in to its busy team. We have been asked to find an experienced individual who really understands the ins and outs of all things to do with Viennoiserie.

You will be joining an established team who know everything there is to know about laminations and Danish so your knowledge will be welcomed within this specialist team.

In addition to understanding all the ins and outs of this delicious area, you will ideally have some experience of managing a small team. The key factor within this role is to ensure that only the highest quality of product is being produced. Alongside this, you will have an excellent understanding of how to apply efficiencies in to the process.

Minimise waste, increase output, while not sacrificing the quality is key to this role.

You will have a true appreciation of delicious pastry products. You enjoy the challenge of creating uniform, consistent baked goods time after time. You have a gentle, but firm management style and enjoy the mentoring part of your role - helping new bakers get to the levels that you know are possible within this field.
