As our Demand Manager, you will oversee a specified channel (Grocery). You’ll maintain reality based customer sales forecasts (base & promotion volumes, pricing and promotion funding, across a 12 month horizon) through effective business partnering with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Activation, Collaboration Managers, S&OP Supply and Demand Analysts).
You’ll manage a team of Sales Coordinators who are responsible for creating and maintaining the sales forecasts in the system (Demantra) however, you will be the central demand planning point of contact for specified factories and a portfolio of our SKUs, enabling cross-functional internal alignment, greater efficiency, benchmarking insight and challenge to improve forecast accuracy and service levels to customers.
You’ll be an experienced demand planning and forecasting professional with proven and demonstrable skills in this area, as well as in people management and coaching.
