Management Trainee (Farm)

An amazing opportunity has arisen with an international marketing led farming business to join their renowned 2 year management training scheme. The scheme comprises of four six-month placements working across the farming business in an array of leadership roles and learning from industry experts along the way. You will also gain an accredited Management qualification leading you to become a well-rounded Manager by the end of the 2 years.
