We have brilliant opportunity to join our Technical team here at Greencore  on a 12 Month Contract as our Group Auditor. This role will be an immediate start to the business and we are offering a competitive day rate. 

We are seeking a highly analytical individual  who is a true specialist within the industry to help undertake supplier approval audits across  15 of our UK based sites. 

You will be at the forefront of representing Greencore ensuring our finished products are safe and conform to all relevant specifications, legislation and our customer requirements.

Within this role the individual will be expected to travel both on a national and international basis as and when the business requires. 

• Carry out risk assessed audits & approval of the supplier base for our sites in order to demonstrate food safety, compliance & legality are being met
• To have a comprehensive understanding of supplier requirements in order to ensure delivery of technical food safety criteria and how these are applied & translated within our Manufacturing sites
• Ensure Food Safety audits & approvals are conducted on an appropriate, risk assessed schedule whilst also ensuring other Manufacturing requirements are met from an auditing perspective
• Communication of best practice and suggest ways of working to ensure effectiveness across the group from a compliance and technical standards perspective.
• Ensure up to date technical policies and procedures are operational & aligned to best practice from a legal and customer compliance perspective
