The Candidate:

• Are you passionate about Food?
• Do you have a degree in Food Science or related subject?
• Are you full of drive, energy and enthusiasm and a willingness to learn?
• Do you have 3 years (min) experience in a Process role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?

The Role:

• Working closely with the NPD team, taking new products from the development kitchen through factory trials
• Involved un continuous improvement (costings & efficiency)
• No direct reports
• Taking project ownership of the trials to ensure products are manufactured consistently and are reproducible
• Liaising with cross functional teams on all issues relating to product launches
• Organising customer samples, attendance at pre-production trials and product reviews
• All paperwork for new products including HACCP, raw material and final product specifications
