Location: London / 50% international travel
Salary: circa £45k + benefits

My client whose head office is based in London is an award winning company who has continued to grow and maintain market leader status, my client has a global reach and continue to distribute and supply customers around the world!
 
The role:
 
You must have excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic, hardworking & committed to fit into the culture of this company with a high level of personal integrity and the ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
 

• Conducting scheduled external Quality / Food Safety Management System Audits as assigned.
• Providing QA leadership on assigned projects (particularly NPD projects).
• Conducting investigations into consumer complaints & non-conformances.
• Conducting internal audits for the Quality department.
• Attending and monitoring trial productions as assigned (including NPD & Packaging)
• Analysing data, interpreting & then reporting as requested (external lab analysis, NPD data and Quality metrics).
• Writing SOPs and Improving the Monster Energy Quality Management Systems

 
 
The Successful candidate:

• A science degree or Quality / Technical Food Management degree.
• Lead Auditor Certificate, HACCP certificate, Food Safety or Food Hygiene certificate is desirable
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Quality of a Food or Beverage organisation.
• Experience of QMS Auditing is preferable
• Experience of Non Conformance and Incident Management
• Experience with statistical analysis and Six sigma / Lean methodologies advantageous.
