A fantastic opportunity to apply your Process experience to develop innovative food within a growing sector.

We have an exciting opportunity with one of the UK's fastest growing, innovative food manufacturers. The company is seeing year on year growth, has recently invested over £150 million into manufacturing and innovation and is targeting more, significant growth.

As part of the senior site operations team, the Process Development Manager operates at group level. You will be responsible for managing individual site Process Managers, working with them to provide technical support and provide Continuous Improvement initiatives. The challenge of the role is to maintain product quality and ensure processes and procedures meet high standards across the manufacturing sites in the face of double digit growth. You will be constantly challenging performance and cost and where appropriate looking at standardisations across sites.

You will interact well across all departments of the business, working closely with NPD, Production and Engineering, communicating effectively with them to support delivery of operations targets and business objectives.

Educated to degree level in Food Science, Food Technology or Engineering you will be HACCP qualified to advanced level.

Significant experience of food and extrusion manufacturing processes are essential.
