Quality Control Manager

Here at Thatchers Cider in the heart of Somerset, we are looking for the right person to join our cider making team as Quality Control Manager.  As fourth generation cider makers, who have been making quality cider for over 100 years, we are a growing family run business in Sandford, where we grow and process the apples into our award-winning cider which is sold across the UK and around the world.

The Role

You will be reporting to the Head Cider Maker and you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Quality Team.  Providing analytical, technical and operational data to the production and management teams. 

Experience

You will need a degree level qualification/experience in chemistry and microbiology and have ideally worked previously within the drinks/food manufacturing industry in a similar role.
